- Any tips or taxes or security deposit paid during the trip
Terms & Conditions
- Passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel
- EID & passport copies are must before confirmation of any service.
- Final vouchers can only be issued once The Tyho Experience has received full payment
- The booking is deemed cancelled if full payment is not received in less than 20 days prior to departure
- All the RT-PCR rules and COVID rules will be the ones implemented by the Government at the time of travel
- Check-in time is 15:00hrs and check-out is at 10:00hrs (Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability)
- The above rates are based on a group travelling together with accommodation in double sharing rooms in the hotel , should you need a private room the rates may change accordingly
100% payment has to be made in advance for booking your seat. Payment can be made using bank transfers or various online payment methods- In case of the cancellation of trip from The Tyho Experience’s side due to COVID or any unavoidable natural event, we will give an option to reschedule the whole trip for a future date
- Payment once made will not be refunded under the event of cancellation from the traveler’s side
- VAT is added as per government rules in the final price before the final payment
- The travellers will have to take full responsibility of
themselves and any of their personal items during the trip. The Tyho Experience will not be responsible for any such events during the trip - There won’t be any tour manager on this trip, but we will provide a local English-speaking tour guide to ensure you have the best experience
