• Check in time is 1500/1600 hrs and Check out time is 1000 hrs. Early check-in / late  check-out are subject to availability.  
• Total tour cost to be paid in AED at the rate of exchange prevalent at the time  of payment.  
• 100% payment to be made in advance for booking the services. Payment can  be done by cheque, cash or Bank Transfer.

• NOTE: Itineraries may be subject to change at short notice during severe weather conditions and certain outdoor activities/day trips may be cancelled in Japan. In these rare cases, where situations of force majeure apply, excursions/activities cannot be refunded but the local guides will try their best to find reasonable alternatives where and whenever possible.
• Please note that the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and their visibility is subject to weather conditions and climate. While we will do our best to provide an opportunity to witness this incredible display, we cannot guarantee their appearance during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.
