Cancellation Policy:

• All the bookings once done are non-refundable in all cases.
• Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or official communication channels.

Travel Insurance:

• It is highly recommended that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
• The Tyho Experience shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of adequate travel insurance coverage.

Health and Fitness:

• Participants must ensure they are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that could be exacerbated by diving activities.
• Any medical conditions or dietary requirements must be communicated to the trip organiser in advance.

Consent Form and Medical Tests:

• All travellers are required to fill out a consent form provided by the PADI Certification company & The Tyho Experience prior to joining the trip. This form authorises participation in diving activities and acknowledges awareness of associated risks.
• Local authorities may require additional medical tests or documentation on-site, depending on safety regulations and individual circumstances. Participants are responsible for complying with any such requirements, and failure to do so may result in denial of participation in certain activities.

PADI Certification:

• Participants will undergo PADI certification, consisting of both theoretical and practical components.
• Successful completion of both parts is necessary to obtain the official PADI certification.
• Participants who complete the practical segment will receive a certification of participation.
• The official PADI certification is granted upon fulfilment of both theoretical and practical requirements.

Responsibility and Liability:

• The Tyho Experience will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of participants during the trip.
• Participants are responsible for adhering to local laws, customs, and regulations at all times during the trip.
• The Tyho Experience shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the trip, including but not limited to accidents, illness, or loss of personal belongings.

Changes to Itinerary:

• The Tyho Experience reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
• Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the itinerary as soon as possible.

Minimum Participation:

• The trip requires a minimum number of participants to proceed as planned. In the event that the minimum number is not met, The Tyho Experience reserves the right to cancel the trip and provide a full refund to confirmed participants.

Conduct:

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times during the trip.
• Any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe by  The Tyho Experience may result in immediate expulsion from the trip without a refund.

Force Majeure:

• The Tyho Experience shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the itinerary caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or political unrest.

Jurisdiction:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Courts of Dubai, and any disputes arising from or related to the trip shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
