Terms & Conditions
Please Note:
- Check in time is 1300 hrs and Check out time is 1100 hrs. Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability.
- Total tour cost to be paid in AED at the rate of exchange prevalent at the time of payment.
- Trip cost is based on minimum 2 people travelling and sharing room on double sharing basis.
- Total tour cost to be paid in AED at the rate of exchange prevalent at the time of payment.
- 100% payment to be made in advance for booking the services. Payment can be done by cheque, cash or Bank Transfer.
Please note that the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and their visibility is subject to weather conditions and climate. While we will do our best to provide an opportunity to witness this incredible display, we cannot guarantee their appearance during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.
No booking is made as of now and rates and avail- ability might change at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
- All the bookings once done are non-refundable in all cases.
- In case of visa rejection AED 2500 will be deducted from the advance booking amount.
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or official communication channels.
Travel Insurance:
- It is highly recommended that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
- The Tyho Experience shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of adequate travel insurance coverage.
Responsibility and Liability:
- The Tyho Experience will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of participants during the trip.
- Participants are responsible for adhering to local laws, customs, and regulations at all times during the trip.
- The Tyho Experience shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the trip, including but not limited to accidents, illness, or loss of personal belongings.
Changes to Itinerary:
- The Tyho Experience reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
- Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the itinerary as soon as possible.
Minimum Participation:
- The trip requires a minimum number of participants to proceed as planned. In the event that the minimum number is not met, The Tyho Experience reserves the right to cancel the trip and provide a full refund to confirmed participants.
Conduct:
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times during the trip.
- Any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe by The Tyho Experience may result in immediate expulsion from the trip without a refund.
Force Majeure:
- The Tyho Experience shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the itinerary caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or political unrest.
Zero-tolerance policy:

We want to emphasize that we have a zero-tolerance policy for any illegal activities, including the use, possession, or distribution of narcotics during our trips or events. We adhere to international laws and regulations and expect our clients to do the same, showing respect for local laws and cultures. Our commitment to responsible and law-abiding travel is paramount, ensuring the safety and well-being of all our travelers. Please be aware that individuals engaging in illegal activities will be solely responsible for the legal consequences that may follow.
Jurisdiction:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Courts of Dubai, and any disputes arising from or related to the trip shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.

Booking and Payment Procedure:
Advance payment of AED 5000 to be paid to confirm your booking with The Tyho Experience.
Remaining amount to be paid on the day you get your visa or 30 days prior to departure(whichever comes first).
In case of non-payment of the remaining balance by the due date, the booking will be deemed cancelled.
