Please Note:

• Check in time is 1500/1600 hrs and Check out time is 1000 hrs. Early check-in / late  check-out are subject to availability.  
• Total tour cost to be paid in AED at the rate of exchange prevalent at the time  of payment.  
• 100% payment to be made in advance for booking the services. Payment can  be done by cheque, cash or Bank Transfer. 
• NOTE: Accommodations are subject to change.
• NOTE: Itineraries may be subject to change at short notice during severe weather conditions and certain outdoor activities/day trips may be cancelled during the winter season in Iceland. In these rare cases, where situations of force majeure apply, excursions/activities cannot be refunded but the local guides will try their best to find reasonable alternatives where and whenever possible.
• Please note that the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and their visibility is subject to weather conditions and climate. While we will do our best to provide an opportunity to witness this incredible display, we cannot guarantee their appearance during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

• By proceeding with the payment, the client acknowledges that they have thoroughly reviewed and agreed to The Tyho Experience’s terms and conditions. The client also confirms that they have reviewed and accepted all details of the final itinerary shared with them. Any modifications, cancellations, or additional requirements will be subject to the applicable policies and charges as per the terms and conditions of the booking.

• All images included in the itinerary are for reference purposes only and may not precisely represent the actual locations, experiences, or accommodations provided.
• No booking is made as of now and rates and avail- ability might  change at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

• All the bookings once done are non-refundable in all cases.
• Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or official communication channels. 

Travel Insurance:

• It is highly recommended that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
• The Tyho Experience shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of adequate travel insurance coverage.

Responsibility and Liability:

• The Tyho Experience will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of participants during the trip.
• Participants are responsible for adhering to local laws, customs, and regulations at all times during the trip.
• The Tyho Experience shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the trip, including but not limited to accidents, illness, or loss of personal belongings.

Changes to Itinerary:

• The Tyho Experience reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
• Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the itinerary as soon as possible.

Minimum Participation:

• The trip requires a minimum number of participants to proceed as planned. In the event that the minimum number is not met, The Tyho Experience reserves the right to cancel the trip and provide a full refund to confirmed participants.

Conduct:

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times during the trip.
• Any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe by  The Tyho Experience may result in immediate expulsion from the trip without a refund.

Force Majeure:

• The Tyho Experience shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the itinerary caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or political unrest.

Jurisdiction:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Courts of Dubai, and any disputes arising from or related to the trip shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
